The Challenges Group is an international enterprise development organisation that helps purpose-driven enterprises increase their impact by improving organisational capabilities. By focusing on enterprises, their ecosystems, and their people, we work to boost performance so organisations can better address global challenges through their products and services. We take a holistic approach to enterprise development, using a collaborative approach to assess where the intervention is most needed (the enterprise itself, its people, the ecosystem it works within, or a combination of these) depending on their present situation or future opportunities. Over 25 years we have developed five core services - enterprise support, market analysis and strategy, finance, learning and leadership and innovation, these act as the building blocks to our programmes and projects allowing us to support enterprises at every step of their entrepreneurial journey, from idea to implementation and beyond. With offices in Ghana, Malawi, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, the UK, and Zambia, we deliver impactful solutions globally and are delivery partners of Challenges Worldwide.
