Back in 2009, giffgaff set out to challenge the status quo in telecoms. We simply believed that people deserved better. With a mindset rooted in mutuality, we tore up the rule book in pursuit of creating a mobile service provider that people loved. Delivering value, flexibility and simplicity for our members became our obsession, in a way that was truly sustainable. Today we describe that as being ‘Up to Good.’ We’ve shown a restless energy for positive change, transforming the mobile market with fair prices, honest contracts and planet-friendly products and services. In 2023, 70% of phones sold by giffgaff were refurbished, which is a win for our members’ pockets and for the planet too. We champion great value connectivity that’s flexible and fair for everyone, helping our members to connect to the people and things they love. As a proud B Corporation, our success is defined not only by our commercial performance but also by our contribution to UK society. It’s our commitment to act for the common good and for the long term. It’s how we’ll create a future where our planet is cared for, our members and our people feel supported and included, and communities can flourish.
