The Digital Workplace - Episode 2: Digital HR Unleashed

In programme two, we look at the rapid pace of HR technology innovation and how to unleash the value of digital HR. This next-generation HR operating model is delivered 'as-a-Service', uniformed, higher-quality and lower lower-cost than standard traditional models, and delivers fast, visible results. Here we touch upon the five key enablers to the next-generation operating model: lean HR & payroll process standards, Digital HR, HR-as-a-Service, advanced HR analytics and intelligent automation (AI and machine learning). With this change in approach to the workforce, the question arises; “Who manages the HR Bots?” We will cover this, the changing role of HR, and the five enablers of digital HR throughout this series.
