Cryptoassets

Assets held in digital form whose ownership and transfer are secured by cryptography and recorded on a distributed ledger, such as cryptocurrencies and tokens.

Covers assets recorded on a distributed ledger or represented as tokens, such as cryptocurrencies and non-fungible tokens; 'Digital assets' is used here in that sense only. Digital media files managed in digital asset management systems are out of scope.
