Bandwidth

The maximum rate at which a link can carry data.

Covers the data-carrying capacity of a network link. Allocating and limiting that capacity by user, application or traffic type is Bandwidth management; the performance level traffic receives is Quality of service. The radio sense, the width of a frequency band, is out of scope.
